L/H thread and R/H thread ball socket for the throttle linkage mechanism of Porsche 911 with Solex carburettors. This includes Porsche part numbers 999 168 004 40 and 999 168 005 40. The R/H thread socket is black and the L/H thread socket is grey and marked “L”.
Our modern version is manufactured from ultra-tough Nylon PA12 which won't become brittle over time, is heat and chemicals resistant and has minimal friction to ensure smooth operation.
Please note: This includes the sockets only and not the linkage mechanism or push rod.
